netPark Validation Scanner

The netPark Validation Scanner is a customer facing scanning application that allows customers to self-validate their parking via an Android scanner terminal. The customers can scan their tickets directly, as well as email and/or text themselves validations if configured to allow it. Installing the Validation Scanner App Installation of the Validation App is extremely simple and is done during the initial setup of the Android Scanner device. You will be provided with a Provisioning Setup Document for your scanners prior to onboarding and that document will contain 3 different QR Codes: Provisioning QR Code Scanner SNAPI Setup Barcode Validator Configuration QR Code Each of these codes will be used to configure the scanner during the setup process and will be noted in the steps below. Updating User Credentials

This is a guide on how to reset a users password, or pin, so they can login to their account. How to reset a Password 1. Click Maintenance. 2. Click on Users. 3. Find the User you want to reset. 4. You can select Reset Password, then click Save in the bottom right. 5. The system will automatically send an email to the user to the account on their profile How to reset a Pin The user pin can be used in place of a password to login to the netPark Mobile iOS app if your company has been setup with access. 1. Click Maintenance. 2. Click on Users. 3. Find the User you want to reset. 4. You can type in a passphrase and pin, then click Save in the bottom right.
