This is a guide on how to reset a users password, or pin, so they can login to their account.

How to reset a Password

1. Click Maintenance.

2. Click on Users.

3. Find the User you want to reset.

4. You can select Reset Password, then click Save in the bottom right.

5. The system will automatically send an email to the user to the account on their profile

How to reset a Pin

The user pin can be used in place of a password to login to the netPark Mobile iOS app if your company has been setup with access.

1. Click Maintenance.

2. Click on Users.

3. Find the User you want to reset.

4. You can type in a passphrase and pin, then click Save in the bottom right.
