Configuring Messages on PEET Device

Support » Self-Park » Configuring Messages on PEET Device
  1. Via the Dashboard, click on Self-Park
  2. Once on the Self-Park Screen, find your PEET Entry Device and click the Gear icon to access it’s settings
  3. At the top, click on the “Messages” tab
    • The system will begin pulling the currently configured messages from the PEET device; This can occasionally take up to a minute
  4. Once populated, you can begin adjusting the header and footer text*
    • Header 1 – Displays at the very top of the ticket
    • Header 2 – Displays right below Header 1; The text is slightly smaller than Header 1
    • Footer 1 – Displays at the bottom left-hand corner of the ticket, directly to the right of the left barcode
    • Footer 2 – Displays at the bottom left-hand corner of the ticket, below Footer 1, directly to the right of the left barcode
    • Footer 3 – Displays at the bottom left-hand corner of the ticket, below Footer 1 & 2, directly to the right of the left barcode
  5. Once finished, press the “Save Changes” button to commit the changes to the PEET device
    • Note: We recommend making a copy of the text as a time-out can occur trying to send the changes to the PEET device. Verify everything saved correctly by reloading the messages. If your changes were not saved, try to insert them again.

* Below each field is a note of the number of characters that can be entered into that specific field.
Any fields not filled out will simply print blank. For example: If you filled out Footer 1 & 3 but left 2 blank, there would be a white space between the two entries.

Below is a video on how to configure and properly load a new ream of tickets into the PEET.
